Young Leaders Youth Services

Young Leaders Youth Services (YLYS) is a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable and at-risk young people aged 12 to 25 across New South Wales. We specialise in providing tailored mentoring, youth development programs, and community-based support services to those in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC), Supported Independent Living (SIL), NDIS participants, and young people facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.

• One-on-one youth mentoring
• In-home and in-school support
• Community access and social engagement
• Life skills and employment readiness programs
• Emotional regulation and behavioural coaching
• Future housing support initiatives (in development)

At YLYS, we believe in building trusted relationships and safe spaces where young people feel empowered to grow, connect, and achieve their goals. Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and focused on long-term positive outcomes.
